Shipment & Refund

 Standard Shipping Time: For in-stock items, we offer a prompt shipping time of 2-4 business days. 


Pre-Order Products: Please note that pre-order products have an estimated shipping time of 30-45 days. This is an average estimate and can vary depending on various factors such as manufacturing and shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Refund Policy:

 

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. We have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and ease for our customers:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests are accepted for products that are damaged upon arrival, significantly different from the product description, or in case of incorrect items being shipped

 

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that are customized, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Pre-Order Cancellation: Cancelling a pre-order will incur a 60% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the special order and production process.

 

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

 

  • Refund Process: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
